iSkate Canterbury will offer credit notes or exchange within 30 days of purchase for all items that adhere to the below conditions. Please note that we do not issue refunds for change of mind for any reason. A refund will only be issued if an item is deemed faulty.
iSkate Canterbury reserves the right to refuse a return if it doesn’t meet the below terms.
The following requirements must be met for ALL returns and/or exchanges:
- The item(s) was purchased full price.
- The item(s) was returned within 30 days of purchase
- The item(s) must be in original condition with all tags attached
- The item(s) must not have been worn, soiled, washed or altered in any way
- No item(s) which has make-up, deodorant or fake tan marks will be accepted for exchange or return. Please be careful when trying on at home.
Please note that iSkate Canterbury is not responsible for the cost of return/exchange of item postage and cannot be held responsible for parcels being lost or stolen.
Sale items are final and cannot be returned for credit notes or exchange, other than in the event of the item(s) being faulty.
FAULTY / DAMAGED ITEMS
We work hard to ensure all our garments are in quality condition. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please contact us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org
If the item(s) is deemed faulty we will offer a repair or replacement, subject to availability. In the case that we are not able to provide either of those, we will gladly issue a full refund for the item(s).
HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?

- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return, including description of faults and photo evidence
Please allow up to 24 hours response time for all return enquiries and 7 business days for you exchange/return to be processed.
Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. If the item(s) is for an exchange of size, style etc. you will be provided with a credit note to make a new purchase.
Please note all costs associated with returning items to iSkate Canterbury are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods and keeping a record of the tracking details.
